| About Us We enjoy the art of Judo and Self Defence and cater for all ages. We practise in a relaxed and friendly environment. You might think martial arts is only for the young but our adult class has an average age of 40. All Welcome! About The Sessions Young children's sessions consist of exercise and basic instruction and are designed to be fun but also introduce a formal structure. Older children and adults receive basic, intermediate and advanced instruction. Whatever your age, gender or level of fitness you will be made most welcome. Why not try something new? | Class Times Classes held at Ailsworth Methodist Chapel Schoolroom, Main Street, Ailsworth. (Accessed from the footpath down the right hand side of the chapel building.) All Classes on Tuesday Evenings 5.00pm to 5.30pm - Primary Grades (Under 10 years) 5.30pm to 6.30pm - Junior Grades (10 to 15 years) 6.45pm to 8.00pm - Senior Grades (16 years and over) Instructor : Simon Trowbridge Session cost £2.00 for under 10's and £3.00 for everyone else. |
