Introduction

Marcus Parr is a qualified (8 Yoga qualifications) teacher of HATHA & POWER YOGA and is registered with:

  • The U.K. Centre For Sun Power Yoga,
  • The British School Of Yoga,
  • The British Yoga Teachers Association,
  • The Register Of Exercise Professional (advanced level 3 - full status)
  • Complementary Medical Association.

Public Classes


A public drop-in class (no booking required) is run at the Cedar Centre in Castor (Adjacent to the Church).

The class runs every Wednesday from 7pm to 8.30pm as follows:

1st Wednesday of the month
Power Yoga (for those with experience)

Remaining Wednesdays in the month
Hatha Yoga

The cost for each session is £6.00 per person
You need to bring your own Yoga Mat.

Marcus advises that, before attending:
  • Allow at least 2-3 hours after a meal.
  • Wear clothing which allows freedom of movement
  • Seek medical approval if you have any serious physical ailment.
